I'm Dr. Carter, your Instructor for this Course.  Foundations of Organizational Leadership and Personal Development is the Lead Course for all Organizational Leadership Majors.  Much of the information in this Cousrs may seem elementary, however,  since you may have been out of school for a period of time prior to this Course, the intent of the class is to refresh your Learning process and  your Study Skills.    Taking this Online Course should be more convenient and will permit you to better utilize your time as oppose to a face to face class that meet on a weekly bases.   On-line Courses are more favorable for Adult Student to take, however, you must become familiar with the Web-site to ensure you acquire the knowledge you need, receive assignments and accomplish all work in a timely manner.
